Touch Screen Problem 1: Apple iPhone 6S or 6S Plus Home Screen Freezes After Unlock
I received my iPhone 6S 128GB silver today and I have a problem with it:
When unlocking via fingerprint (which is very fast!!!) the home screen freezes.
So, it unlocks normally, the home screen with all apps shows up but then freezes.
It happens every 2nd or 3rd time I unlock my phone and when the standard home screen shows up.
It freezes for 5-6 second and no matter what I do, the phone doesn’t show any reaction – even pushing the home button or the on-off-button.
I restarted the phone several times, “normal” and also restart with “home- & on/off-button”…
Touch Screen Problem 2: I did NOT restore from backup, it was a clean install. Iphone 6s 64GB space grey.
I came here to write the exact same thing, the touch sensor is wicked fast, but every few times, I get a 2-5 second “freeze” on the home screen. Occasionally I’ll be able to hit an app before it freezes, and then it is jumpy in the app for a few seconds.
My friend just got his and complains about the same thing.
Touch Screen Problem 3: After I unlock my 6S Plus and try to swipe or open an app, it takes like a second to do the action. What gives?
Wasn’t iOS 9 hyped by Apple to be about fixing performance problems and speeding things up?
For me there is no lag, but after not using my iPhone for a while & Unlock with Touch ID the whole screen is frozen & wont respond to my touch for a few long seconds. Did not restore but set up as new at the store today.
Touch Screen Problem 4: Yeh. The same happens when I close an app and click to open another app straight away
Touch Screen Problem 5: It freezes when the home screen is displayed for about 2 seconds after fingerprint unlock and you can’t swipe or open any apps.
Very short amount of time but definitely freezing and not my imagination when home screen apps have loaded up.
