Comments on Galaxy Note 5 Battery Draining Fast, Not Charging Properly Issues
Note 5 Fast Battery Drain Problem 1: 2 weeks old Note 5. The first 2 charge went over 30 hours with minimal usage In third charge I kept the wifi on and battery dropped 50% in 4 hours and half battery gone in 4 hours seems a bit too much.
Galaxy Note 5 Battery Draining Fast Problem 2: I just got the phone and I’m not sure how long the battery should last. I fully charged it and its been running for 46 minutes and i went from 100 to 87. My brightness is low, my wifi is on, location is off. I’m not sure if this is good or normal? I have 8 hours and 42 minutes left according to the system. I have not used the internet yet or anything else that would drain the battery like this? Is this how it is for everyone or is this a problem that needs to be addressed? Is there anything I can to do(besides power saving mode) to save more battery?
Samsung Note 5 Battery Drain Issues 3: Is anyone else having high battery drain with bluetooth on? I have a Wear device and a fitness band paired with my Note 5, so I would prefer to leave bluetooth on, at least during the day. But, with bluetooth on, I’m getting around 5-7%/hr drain when idle, even if the devices aren’t paired. As soon as I turn bluetooth off, battery drain drops to less than 1%/hr.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Battery Not Charging Properly Problem 4: I have a Note 5 for about a month and I have this problem where the battery indicator says it is charging and while I have the cable in it keeps in saying the cable is connected over and over again even if I don’t take it out. Even when I take it out it says it is connected and it also says the dock is connected. When I got to settings and battery it shows that it is connected even when it is not.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Battery Draining Fast Issues 5: I have had issues of having my Note 5 battery not last long, but now just recently, like the past two weeks or so, I charge it 100% say at 8am, but by 1pm, the battery is down to 10%, and like last night, charged it 100% around 9pm, took it off the charger, went to bed, woke up and the phone was dead, battery totally 0. What on earth could this be? I just received this galaxy note 5 approximately around the end of August.
